When my online order disappeared....I was waiting up to 2-3 weeks for each email response. I was waiting 2 months for the shoes that I purchased for my baby and in the end the Ecco Team confirmed the Courier has damaged the shoes and re-shipping is not possible.
This is ridiculous team of ignorants, who know very well how to ignore the Customers, and it has nothing to do with a Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!
I could send you an Owl with a letter attached to it's leg, and it would be still the same response!!! Means Nothing!!!! Nothing!!!!
A well trained Cheempansee would be able to set some cool procedures for that Company that surely the Current management!!!!!
There is no right on the market with tjat kind of treatment!
