Very but customer service , I was a long time customer of Ecco shoes, I bought every 3 years a 200 hundred dollars boots 🥾 besides all my shoes was Ecco, but the last boots it was very uncomfortable I send it to them and ask for a credit to buy another Ecco boots and they said that the boot was okay it no was okay because im the one wearing the boots and it something wrong with the boots, but they don’t care to lose a customer
