I have loved your shoes for over 15 years. HOWEVER I HAVE BEEN VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE QUALITY OF YOUR SHOES LATELY. I HAD PURCHASED 2 PAIRS OF HELSINKI SLIP ONS. THE SHOES HAVE STARTED TO DISINTEGRATE WHERE THE HEALS OF THE SHOES ARE BREAKING OFF. PLEASE ADVISE IF WHEN YOU IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF YOUR SHOES AS I REALLY ENJOYED WEARING YOU SHOES IN THE PAST.
