I have purchased 5 pairs of Ecco shoes in the last 6 years, two of them needed replacement due to stitching.
On the last pair the soles split after 4-5 months and my feet got wet walking on wet ground. Ecco costumer service rep was quite arrogant to deal with but they acknowledged the defect and informed me that I will be receiving via email a redeemable claim code.
Two weeks have gone by and I haven’t received anything and somehow have doubts that I will.
The shoes are comfortable but of poor quality and I will not be buying them again.
