Purchased a pair of Ecco dress shoes and wore them all of about three times. Last night, in the middle of a formal event, the soles started to literally fall apart. I was tracking black rubber all over the gala hall. I have never seen anything like it before in my life. It was embarrassing and put me in a real bind as the event had just started and I had shoes that were literally falling apart with every step I took. Will be the last pair of Ecco shoes I ever buy. Upon doing a quick search, I do not seem to be the only one this has happened to!!
