"Extremely disappointed with eDreams' refund service for my Bogota to Quito flight ticket. Paid over $100, yet received a mere $13.24 USD refund. This is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid eDreams at all costs. Their refund service is the worst I've ever encountered. Never using their platform again.
