“Had the worst experience. Paid for prime hoping they could assist in some way with my missed flight. Their system was down so I couldn’t make an alternative plan in time. I only got through to them four hours after my flight left. No explanation or assistance with changing the flight is given.”
“We payed a lot of money for a flight believing it was British Airways as advertised by eDreams but we actually flew with the budget airline Veuling.
Was extremely disappointed and customer service was hopeless. If I wanted Veuling I would have booked a Veuling flight. I am a nervous flyer and was reassured flying with BA so I payed a lot more for our flights. Veuling and BA may be linked but I payed for BA and this is not what I got. I was led to believe it was BA. Would never book through them again. No satisfactory réponse from eDreams.”
“I went to kayak.com to book flights for a family vacation, and the first option for my airline of choice was facilitated by eDreams. I had to agree to a free trial membership in order to book, but I could cancel at anytime. The trial period was scheduled to end before my vacation started. I booked, called to cancel, endured the pushy customer service rep reading their "are you sure?" script, and thought that was that.
A few days later, at 3am on a Sunday, my trip gets cancelled. No explanation. The airline looks into it and explains eDreams cancelled my flight. It costs $99 in non-refundable cancellation fees.
The airline explains eDreams has no affiliation with them, and they recommend not using them or other pay-to-play third party sites. eDreams is predatory, unscrupulous, and vindictive. Go with them if you want your travel plans ruined.”

“Disgusted that you can only call to cancel a membership. No self help, can't remove my credit card from their portal, no chat or email support. I spent 30 minutes on hold for a simple membership cancellation then they either hung up on me or the line was disconnected - no call back and no follow through on the cancellation. When you finally get through you're interrogated for a further 10 minutes about your reasons for cancelling. Worst customer service and online systems ever. Avoid their memberships.”
“Don’t take the cancel insurance (even « for any reasons »). They will not refund you for 100%, and even far than this.
In fact they don’t refund the amount for our bag (that is mode than the half of the price of the ticket).
So instead of receiving 350€, we received 150€.”
