Hi,
I am extremely disappointed with eDreams Prime. Despite not booking anything and repeatedly trying to cancel my membership over the years, I was still charged again without my consent. The cancellation process is frustrating and unclear, and I feel forced to pay for a service I do not want. Please make the cancellation process more transparent and user-friendly.
