Upon arriving at O.R. Tambo International Airport in South Africa for my connecting flight, I was informed by the airline staff that my name was not on the passenger list. As a result, I was unable to board my flight and missed my connection.
Shortly after the flight departed, I received an email from eDreams asking why I missed the flight. I promptly responded to the email explaining the situation. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to follow up regarding this matter, but I have not received a resolution.
I believe this issue occurred due to an error in the booking process on your platform, which caused significant inconvenience and financial loss. I request a full refund of my ticket cost and any associated fees.
