The most pathetic experience u could ever imagine. I booked a flight for a friend for a medical emergency and the booking never came through, we reached airport and British airways told us that the tickets were booked but vac felled immediately due to payment decline. Have been chasing them for past 10 days for refund (as per company policy) was the only response I could get. I still haven’t revived my money back and ironically no policy for that - the tickets prices are going up by the day and when I asked them go book a ticket from my money they declined saying they don’t have a proviso.
Everything is outsourced, the call centre back in India kept me on call for 1h52minutes for the fifth time saying we sincerely apologise and kindly wait for 24-72 hours.
The only correct advice u got from the customer executive is never to book a flight with them in emergency.
Still waiting for my money
