I booked a multi city flight with e dreams , My credit card company declined my card which initially caused the problem.E dreams booked 2 of the flights and asked me to rebook the first flight.
There website said its a duplicate booking and I woll recieve confirmation within hours Which I did not There was also a question mark over luggage being possibly charged for again.
When I complained they apologised and said please rebook which was impossible I contacted them again urgently but they just ignore you.
Finally I cancelled Leaving me £500 plus out of pocket. Which I want returning I would advise anybody thinking of using this company to avoid at all costs. So so Unprofessional. Also there customer. Service is non existent.Why they could not resolve a solmple issue is beyond me.Regards.Kevin.
