Had to wait almost 20 minutes on hold to cancel my Prime trial membership. There was no other way to do it, apart from making a costly and inconvenient telephone call. The first agent didn't even speak English, sang to me and laughed. The spirit was great and yet most unhelpful and frustrating. Avoid this company at all costs. Time is precious. Next time I will book direct with the airline (Ryanair). Lesson learned. 😅
