disgraceful underhand behavior to auto renew bookings without a way to cancel online. You can only call them, then auto verifcation doesn't work and when I finally got through to someone, they couldn't cancel my account and asked me to call back in a couple of hours when their 'system was back online' NEVER USE THIS COMPANY OR BOOK A FLIGHT WHERE THEY ARE INVOLVED
