I’ve had a flight cancellation case open with eDreams for over 90 days, and I still haven’t received any update or resolution. I’ve tried multiple times to contact customer support, but it’s nearly impossible to reach a real person. The chatbot just goes in circles with unhelpful options and repeats the same message: “Our agents may be busy due to a high number of contacts, so before I look for an available agent to assist you, I’ll show you a list of topics you might find useful.” There’s no clear way to speak to a human or even find a direct email address for support. It feels like they’ve made it intentionally difficult for customers to get help. After three months of waiting, this level of service is completely unacceptable. Delays can happen, but leaving customers in the dark and trapped in a chatbot loop is not how a serious travel company should operate. I’m posting this review in the hope that someone at eDreams finally takes notice and helps resolve my case. I just want a clear update and closure after months of silence.
