Needed to cancel an order, as the recipient made last minute plans to be away and they refused to cancel, or even redirect the order to me. Kept getting very generic, copy/paste replies and no actual help to try and resolve the issue, despite giving ample time. So my friend is going to come home to rotten flowers and chocolates on her doorstep. It’s ridiculous.
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering - I would never have proceeded with the order. Definitely going to stick with local florists for future orders.
