“Disappointed!!! This is the second time my arrangement did not arrive for a funeral. Though they refunded the money, it took time and effort to pick and pay for the item, just to have it go nowhere. Sorely disappointed!!!”
“Appalling. Could have purchased a better bunch of flowers from a corner shop. Courier said the items had been delivered and asked for feedback. Currier then sent a further message with another delivery time. Reported the mix up to eflorist, who replied delivery was not their problem. Eflorist then sent me a link to leave feedback but the link didn't work. Poor service. Poor attitude and poor product. Will never order from them again.”
“Thought gift my daughter a bunch of flowers to make her day! Unfortunately the approach of the delivery from the supplier was a disaster. Didn’t attempt any msg and by 8pm on a Saturday evening to a commercial building in Chiswick my daughter wasn’t at work. Customer service took the side of the florist who was rude, late, and gave my daughter dead flowers that looked nothing like the one online. Poor customer service. Avoid buying flowers here.”
“I wished I could give a -1 for this review. Ordered my wife a bouquet of flowers for our wedding anniversary. I paid extra for the nextday delivery after 4 days later of them not turning up I emailed them and they apologised and said they would be delivered in the next 2 days which the box did. I gave the box to my wife. I was horrified and so embarrassed when she opened it the box inside with the flowers in was bent over in half. After straightening the box and opening it the flowers were broken limp and half dead. I did get a refund and will never use this company again.”
“Worse online flowers I have ever ordered. If you are willing to pay £26.99 plus nearly £8 in delivery costs for 6 tiny roses then go ahead. I attempted a partial refund due to the poor quality of the display to no avail... the display is not worth the value I paid and are not as advertised. Absolutely awful and embarrassing to have received these for my mums birthday. AVOID. Complete rip off!”
“A bunch of flowers were purchased with an added special same day delivery. As you can see from the photo it looks nothing like the selection choice. Delivery was attempted at 8:30pm when the flowers were ordered in the morning. Florist never texted or left a voicemail to the recipient. Florist instead called the landlord by googling the building. Told landlord 6pm delivery! Got there late despite the shop being a 10 minute drive away. All of this was £50. Even the local supermarket have better flowers. Eflorist refused to believe my mother, rejected her evidence and no refund was given. They also tried to charge extra for “wastage” if recipient didn’t collect from the store.”
“Ordered the Winter Hedgerow medium bouquet as a get well surprise and paid £6.99 delivery. They were delivered by Amazon and bore no resemblance to the bouquet ordered. Could have bought a better bouquet in my local supermarket. Appalled and will not recommend or use again”

After lots of tooing and froing with customer services no refund in sight. Eflorist should be ashamed of themselves, not sure how they're allowed to trade! Won't be using them ever again.”

“Really disappointed ordered 9.11.24 for delivery 13.12.24, find out the day delivery is due that they can’t fulfil, leaving it too late to order with a more reputable company. These were flowers on the anniversary of a loved one who has passed, so the offer of resending another date was just not good enough- when I finally got hold of someone via email. I’ve requested a full refund instead but will never use this company again!”
“Awful! I placed an order for delivery on 10/12/2024. The item was received with the box open, chocolates missing and flowers crushed and ruined, they have only refunded me £2 of £26 that I spent. I have provided photos of the box with the bouquet in the box. Will not be using them again in the future and warn all people to avoid.”

“I ordered a bouquet for my daughter's Birthday. The pictures in the website showed a well prepare flowers arrangement. However, what she received is nothing comparable.
Unfortunately I only checked the reviews after I ordered it.
I paid the extra fee to assure the delivery date and the delivery was done in the afternoon which for a Birthday is not ideal. i expected a morning delivery.”
“I ordered some flowers for someone’s retirement gift. I selected a large bouquet and the pictures looked great. I knew they were going to come in bud still.
What came was simply a disgrace. No thought, pride or quality in the product. The flowers weren’t in water and just boxes, which is fine, but came already drooping. The paper wrapping them was ripped and looked like cheap supermarket wrapping paper.
I have honestly seen bigger and better quality flowers in a garage forecourt.
The worst part, I emailed with a photo and complained about the quality requesting a refund and I was fobbed off with care instructions. Every email I’ve received from their CS team does not answer or acknowledge my questions. They appear to be automated emails.
An absolute disgrace of a company and I have been conned. I will never purchase anything from them again. I can forgive the poor product but the service was a joke.”
“I made an order and when it arrived, I was so embarrassed because it looked nothing like the picture. The one I ordered had purple and white flowers. The one I received only had tiny white flowers. Please see photos how are these two similar? And i paid extra for large”
