“Absolutely Awful Experience – Deeply Disappointed
This was my first time ordering from Eflorist, and it will definitely be my last. I usually order from other florists and have never experienced such terrible flowers or such appalling service.
The flowers arrived completely dead, dehydrated, squashed, and clearly not fresh at all. The lilies and roses looked old and damaged, with broken stems – nothing like what was promised. To make things worse, the box of chocolates was missing.
This order was for a very special occasion – my son’s first ever date and proposal. He had spent months planning this day and trusted me to get the flowers right. Instead, what arrived was an embarrassing, heartbreaking disappointment that ruined something so important to him.
I contacted customer service immediately and sent photos as requested, but their response was disgraceful. They kept asking for the same photos again and again, wasting time and showing no willingness to resolve the matter. After days of back and forth, all they offered was a £2 refund for the missing chocolates – an insulting gesture given the condition of the flowers and the importance of the occasion.
I am very experienced with flowers and know what fresh, quality flowers should look like, these were awful, old, and unacceptable. The service and response were even worse.
I would strongly warn anyone considering ordering from Eflorist to avoid them at all costs. Terrible products, terrible service, and an experience that left me both angry and deeply disappointed.”
“Will never use this service again. Paid almost £40 to have some fairly small bouquet of flowers delivered to my girlfriend on Saturday the 9th August.
When ordering them it did say it could be 1-2 days later than the date ordered, which I just accepted.
However I didn’t expect them to turn up 3 days later when I had already returned back from my trip already dead in the box and the chocolate melted everywhere.
Terrible service, I genuinely wouldn’t bother with this company. Avoid at all costs.
Much better off probably contacting a local florist and seeing if you can arrange something with them.
What I thought was going to be a very nice gesture from myself and surprising my partner while I was away has been ruined now and the moment has gone. All thanks to this company.”
“I ordered a week in advance, I paid for guaranteed delivery as I wanted these flowers for my wedding but the parcel arrived late. The parcel was tampered with while in transit with Evri and the free chocolates were stolen. The flowers looked terrible, they were pretty much dead, and when I flagged the issue with customer service they were refusing to issue a refund. It felt like I received a template response as part of the reply wasn't relevant to the issues that I had raised. I had to press to receive a refund as the flowers were in terrible shape and they arrived late.”
“Flowers look nothing like the pictures can get the equivalent flowers from Asda for £5 thought they take your order and send it to a local florist nope they run to Asda and chuck it in an oversized box and ship it evri style lesson learned go to a proper florist”
“This is the second time that I have received a bouquet of flowers from this company. What I received on both occasions was a bunch of half dead flowers with lots of foliage. The displays on the website do NOT in anyway resemble the deliveries which were deposited on my doorstep. What a disgraceful company you are and I notice you do not display Google Reviews on your website. I wonder why!!!!!”

“I ordered a bouquet of roses for my wife's 77th birthday and paid the extra to ensure next day delivery. They were delivered at 9.10 pm. Loose petals and floppy heads. Waste of money! Would have been better off buying from a local garage.
First and last time I use eflorist. Very disappointed!”
“They would have to be the worst company I have ever used. What a total rip off, order a large bouquet which was supposed to have at least half dozen roses, not only did it have no roses at all but the bunch of flowers was mainly foliage. I made several complaints but they couldn't see anything wrong with what they sent. Disgusting

“Paid extra for guaranteed next day delivery. Flowers not even dispatched the same day by company and then courier held onto them for over 24 hours. Still no sign of the flowers a day after they were guaranteed to be delivered. No offer of assistance from cut and paste message customer service. God knows what condition they will be in if and when they arrive. Do not use this company if you want flowers on a particular day or if you lke good customer service”

“I recently had an unfortunate experience with Eflorist regarding a flower delivery. Due to a mistake on my part, the postcode was entered incorrectly. Despite providing my phone number and email for any potential issues, I wasn't contacted when the delivery couldn't be completed.
When I reached out to customer service, I spoke with Peter, who simply reiterated the terms and conditions, offering no assistance or empathy to rectify the situation. My request for understanding and support was met with indifference, as I was merely informed of my error without any attempt to provide a solution.
Furthermore, I questioned why the delivery driver did not reach out to me upon encountering the address issue, as expected when contact information is provided. Bart’s response was equally unhelpful, stating that they could not assist with this matter. This left me wondering who can, if not the customer service team.
Overall, my experience with Eflorist was disappointing, highlighting a lack of customer care and problem-solving. I would advise potential customers to consider other options, as my interactions with this company have been far from satisfactory.”
“Ordered premium delivery to ensure next day delivery. No delivery. Customer service take no responsibility and will not accept a cancellation or provide a refund.

“Used then before, and they were good at delivery and the item matched the images. The second time, there was a bit of an issue with what was received vs displayed. They fixed the problem within 1 day and kept their word. Honestly speaking, this was pretty fantastic customer service. I would use them again. Not everyone gets things right, its how they come back from it, is what sets them apart.”
