My daughter has survived covid so I ordered a beautiful bouquet from these people. It was appalling service first of all they took it to the wrong address! Then when they eventually delivered the delivery man was so rude. The bouquet was awful nothing like I ordered and paid for which was £48. They will do nothing. They at first offered a replacement then decided they would not send one. They refuse to answer my E-mails now., It was such an important occasion - the have no compassion. they should not get away with this. But they are so sure of themselves. Please do not order from these people!!! Patricia
