I received 10 roses and a few stems of freesia that I wouldn't have paid money for from a petrol station! The roses were dying, foliage so dry they were actually crispy. The freesia were limp and many of the buds had fallen off. I sent a photograph to the person who ordered them for me to thank him for the kind thought, but carefully arranged to try to hide the worst of the of them, not wanting to disappoint him. He said they didn't look at all like the picture of what he ordered. Very, very disappointed and angry on behalf of the sender who no doubt paid good money. Whichever florist actually sent these should be struck from the list of suppliers.
