I ordered the flowers for next day delivery to surprise a friend who had just under gone major surgery. I received an email to say when they were going to be delivered. I then received an email to say not at home and for me to drive to the depot and collect the flowers. I contacted customer services to try delivery again, but despite what it said on the website they refused. I contacted my friend who confirmed that she had been in. So no surprise and I get the job of collecting not fresh flowers and delivering myself. What was the point of paying for a delivery. Total con.
