Our bank card was withdrawn by our bank’s security department immediately after my husband purchased flowers from eflorist.
They phoned us within minutes of our transaction saying that eflorist had been linked to fraudulent activity with bank cards and it was in our interest to destroy our card and wait for a new card to be issued by the bank. Naturally,we agreed to this but it is extremely worrying and inconvenient.
The flowers did arrive but were very mediocre,in poor condition and could have been bought from a supermarket at a fraction of the eflorist price.
The company have not yet, properly,responded to my chat bot enquiry ( useless)
or email.
DO NOT BUY FROM EFLORIST if you want peace of mind or value for money.
