I ordered a week in advance, I paid for guaranteed delivery as I wanted these flowers for my wedding but the parcel arrived late. The parcel was tampered with while in transit with Evri and the free chocolates were stolen. The flowers looked terrible, they were pretty much dead, and when I flagged the issue with customer service they were refusing to issue a refund. It felt like I received a template response as part of the reply wasn't relevant to the issues that I had raised. I had to press to receive a refund as the flowers were in terrible shape and they arrived late.
