Shipping times are bleak, not sure what kind of excuse they'll reply with but its just unacceptable. I ordered on July 7th, still no delivery date in sight. Meanwhile I also ordered something from China on July 12th. The package from China is looking like it will be here before my electrictobacconist order as its already in the US. This has been a problem my last 3 orders. They don't give any updates on your order past the "shipped" notification. Pretty informal to randomly get a text from the courier asking if someone will be there to sign in the middle of the day when everyone is at work, completely unaware the package was out for delivery. They should change the information on this page, they clearly don't use the postal service anymore.
