Run - don't walk from from this company. I placed an order on 12/19 and it ended up at the 'final carrier' on 12/23 where its sat for the last 16 days. Customer services best answer is to wait 40 days and file a claim. They won't let me cancel it - or refund my money. I had to file a complaint with the BBB and Colorado Attorney General - why not just refund my money for the product you can't deliver?
