The biggest complaint I have is the shipping/delivery company used. Very unreliable in my opinion. Supposedly no signature required but the tracking info indicates a attempt was made to deliver but no one available to sign. We were home on the date and time indicated.
Suggest you use a more reliable service such as UPS, Fedex or the mail service.
