I placed an order for approximately ($70.00) with an estimated arrival time of 5-7 business days. I have not only not received my products but I have received no email updates about my products and even when I sign directly into my Electric Tabacconist account, I get zero updates. This experience has been frustrating. When you attempt to seek help for some insight of where your order is, you are prompted into a loop of links that change the estimated delivery time from 5-7 business days to claiming as a customer (I) may have to wait for as long as 40 days before I will be considered for a “lost product.”
I placed my order nearly 2 weeks ago and haven’t received a single update via text or email. This is unfortunate given that on Feb/18, a day after I placed my order with you Electric Tobacconist, I had placed an order from a competitor - Element Vape. I received emails of communication to update me on everything to do with my order and received an estimated time frame similar to your delivery time frame. However, unlike Electric Tobacconist, my order from Element Vape was received even quicker- only a 3 day wait before my products arrived. They offered a fabulous method of communication and quick delivery! I am very disappointed with my order from this company!
I am requesting a full refund and a cancellation of my order. I would appreciate a quick resolution to this as I’m tired of waiting and have grown inpatient with the poor experience I have been provided.
