Order was never received. Despite repeated contacts by email to determine the location and timing of the arrival of the order, it was never provided. After waiting for 5 weeks (and being told it was not considered late until 40 days), they told me the order had been returned and I was being charged a $20 restocking fee.
Pricing is just "OK" but delivery and service are a disaster - and then charging me $20 at the end is nothing but a SCAM!
Nothing positive to say about Electric Tobacconist and BLU regarding this experience.
