There is a lack of transparency with this company. I will qualify this statement by mentioning they are quick to respond to inquiries about faulty products. With this said, there products are FAULTY. I ordered a Bo Vape and it dysfunction in under 2 weeks of normal use. I attribute this to the leaky pods that a customer service representative told me we’re “normal” when I asked about the malfunction. This is a clear sign of a lack of quality assurance. After receiving a replacement in the mail, it too began to dysfunction. This time was significantly after the original date of purchase. When I reached out to the supervisor, he showed no willingness to resolve this poorly manufactured vape. He claimed that they could no longer replace the vape because it was close to “the 120 day mark of my intial purchase” which “is the normal lifespan of this vape”. Two problems: that’s not true and I had the Bo replaced so it was not as close to the “120 lifespan” as the rep claimed. Overall, this company gives good prices and deals but you get what you’re paying for: cheap, faulty vapes that are very likely knockoffs.
