In my recent experience, Etsy allowed a seller to ELECT to not fulfill an
Order and then has refused a refund and told me I had to work with the seller. I sent over screenshots of the seller swearing, threatening their life and saying they would be homeless and Etsy keeps telling me to work with them. How is that effective customer service? Let your consumer be harassed until they give up? To this date Etsy has not stopped them from sending hateful communication, refunded me, or shut down the shop.
