I did not understand what is wrong with the product I uploaded since I see similar items on Etsy. It also seems extreme to close my store for one item. The notifications showed me I needed to change the wording, which I did multiple times. I submitted a case for someone to please help me but instead they just closed my account.
I did not receive the correct support from the Etsy team in understanding what was wrong. If someone is not understanding the internal policies, you should have a representative (real person) reach out and explain, basically make it more humane and work with the store owner. An automated general email is not enough.
I am extremely sad and disappointed on the Etsy customer service for small business owners.
