I ordered funeral jewelry from ETSY seller online. Nothing was received even though the tracking number said delivered. I assume it was delivered to the wrong address. I had my building check the cameras and for the time frame it states it was delivered, nothing was delivered to my box. I have contacted ETSY and the seller multiple times and no response has been received... I feel wronged and this is very very poor customer service and fraud. I have started a dispute with my bank but I feel like I need to report this incident as it is incredibly disturbing that such a large company doesn't care and that there is no recourse for buyers.
