Here's what you should know about Fanatics. First allow me to qualify this review by saying I have made numerous purchases from Fanatics and this review is based on my total experience. Shipping is slow and not accurately communicated to the purchaser. It will show shipped days before the shipping company takes possession of the package. Approximately 25% of my orders have had issues including wrong item shipped, ordered mens shirt received womens bracelet for a totally different team,item out of stock, item displayed on site is not the item being sold, item is delayed and then delayed and then delayed. Initial contact with Customer Services is generally horrible at best. I have had to file complaints with the BBB to get results. Be persistent and push to the next level this will usually get a better response. I am currently waiting for a order to ship. I was told March 5 and then March 14 item has yet to ship. Look not just on this site but others and you will see horrible reviews. More alarming Fanatics doesn't seem to be making efforts to correct the problem.
