“Here's what you should know about Fanatics.
First allow me to qualify this review by saying I have made numerous purchases from Fanatics and this review is based on my total experience. Shipping is slow and not accurately communicated to the purchaser. It will show shipped days before the shipping company takes possession of the package.
Approximately 25% of my orders have had issues including wrong item shipped, ordered mens shirt received womens bracelet for a totally different team,item out of stock, item displayed on site is not the item being sold, item is delayed and then delayed and then delayed. Initial contact with Customer Services is generally horrible at best. I have had to file complaints with the BBB to get results. Be persistent and push to the next level this will usually get a better response. I am currently waiting for a order to ship. I was told March 5 and then March 14 item has yet to ship.
Look not just on this site but others and you will see horrible reviews. More alarming Fanatics doesn't seem to be making efforts to correct the problem.”

“Fanatics has ruined 2 special occasions for us! Forget getting to speak with customer service. It’s AI. My 1st order said it was shipped but was never delivered to a shipping company. When I called there was a lame excuse, offer to reship, and a 50% off coupon. But, they couldn’t reship because they were out of the sizes I needed! Fast forward to me getting over that situation and using my coupon on something else. I ordered a Men’s Ole Miss Rebels Colosseum Tortugas Team Logo Quarter-Zip Jacket and ended up getting a women’s medium Ole Miss Rebels vest. When I attempted to call but had to chat with AI instead, guess what they are out of that size, and a 30% off coupon was offered. Keep your coupon, because I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM FANATICS AGAIN, and I suggest that no one else does.”
“Ordered 2 sweatshirts! Too big for my daughter-in-law so I returned them. They charged me $9.99 each item returned with tags in great condition! So I am out $20 sneaky, crooked company!”
“If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered my nephew a jersey on 12/15 for Christmas. The stated shipping was 3-7 business days. I have contacted them several times about the shipping and processing of this order with no jersey yet! it is now 1/7”
“We paid $160 for a jersey and it came with the wrong number on it. They have no customer service. It's like dealing with a government agency. I tried the online chat. That was a joke. I emailed twice but never heard back. They desperately need a competitor! Anytime there's not competition the customer service SUCKS! $160 wasted (was our sons big Christmas gift). We won't purchase from them again. However, I'm confident they won't miss our business and will live on the dominate the industry.”
“Wish I could also give them 0 stars! Ordered a tumbler glass with both standard writing and custom text. Ran the glass under water and all print came off. Spent 30 minutes on chat with customer service and all they agreed to do was give me refund for shipping charges. It was a defective item. Never have I encountered with such illogical and poor customer service!”

I ordered something that was advertised to arrive by Christmas. Now it won’t even arrive until January. They explained that the shipment will actually come from a third-party. This was never disclosed though they promptly took my money. When I contacted support, they said they “hope it ships on December 23“ but weren’t sure. …they clearly have no control and no concern for their customers. When I reached out to them, they offered literally no support. I highly encourage you to never order from them.”
“What sweatshirt I ordered looks nothing like what I got. It’s so ugly the colors are so off and it’s a plastic cheap transfer. Ridiculous the wait time and quality for what I paid. They know most people won’t return because it cost more money and who knows if you’ll get refunded after reading all the terrible reviews I’m now seeing.”
“I have been ordering from Fanatics for several years. Over the past 6 to 8 months now have been receiving horrible customer service, shipping delays, defective items, and wrong items being sent to me. When trying to resolve these issues I have been receiving nothing but the runaround with this company. I return items as requested to receive my refund and it took me over 3 months of back and forth emails to finally receive my refund. When requesting items to be reshipped to me when sent wrong items or items that were damaged this also took upwards of several months to receive items to be reshipped after back and forth emails to the company. When you are spending hundreds of dollars on a single item this should not be the type of service you are getting from a company. Absolutely horrible!!! Definitely other companies out there that sell the exact same items and will treat you way better.”

I ordered a custom baseball shirt for my nephew who was visiting from another country. The order was delayed (it said "Processing" for over ten days) so when I realized that it would not arrive on time, I asked them to cancel it and refund me because I would have to go out and acquire another gift for him. The rep said they could not cancel the order but that I could ask for a refund only after the "expected delivery" date. It arrived 7 days after the expected delivery date and I contacted them again. Then they said that because the order was customized, they could only offer me a 10% discount. I said I did not need the product anymore as it did not deliver by the promised date and my guest had already left the US. It was a futile and frustrating exchange so I resorted to disputing this with Paypal. This is a horrible company and the customer service is even worse. I do not recommend”
“This was not the first and it will be the last time ordering from fanatics this website is a scam or it should be labeled that way every order will take months and when it comes if it comes it will not be in the package or it will be wrong item. Horrible service! Customer service offered a coupon with less % off then online offered this is a spit in customers faces.”

“I just bought an authentic Adidas Winnipeg Jets Kyle Conner jersey/sweater from fanatics for $280. They shipped it without wrapping the jersey and stuffed it into a little bag. So if, during shipping, it was ripped open, it would get ruined. The bag was so small it came all wrinkled. I bought the Adidas jersey over the fanatics for the better quality. I have bought fanatic clothing before and was thin garbage. So instead of getting a nicely wrapped and boxed fanatics jersey, if you order a $280 Adidas jersey, you get punished. I was going to get a Connor Hellebuyck jersey, too, but never again! Your loss fanatics! You trash!”
