I had success ordering from Farfetch until recently. I had an order dating to August 11th with 3 items with 2 of them delivering within 7-10 days as expected. The final item continued to say "issue with delivery" so I wrote in the first time to customer service 2 weeks after order and from that point until today spent over an hour on hold and on calls and over a dozen emails later and the only thing they could tell me today is they are going to have the item sent back to their shipper and credit me the invoice - so I don't get my item I desire at all. They site that the COURIER tried to reach me several times - UNTRUE. They site that I did not reply to emails - UNTRUE - they apologize for issue but 2 of 3 items got to me from same order without issue. Oh well I guess I will find the jeans elsewhere.
