Secondly, the exchange policy you offer is too strict for American consumers. Just take a cue from the majority of retailers in the US...most offer 30 days return policies (minimum) and even lengthier periods for exchanges/credit. Lastly, your stringent return policy should be printed on the customer's email receipt upon purchase, not lost in the fine print of "terms and conditions".
