I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Farfetch and both pairs were too small. I arranged for a return and they were picked up by DHL. One pair was refunded in a timely manner. The other pair took longer to be received by the "seller" which wasn't Farfetch, but a shop that they contracted with in Europe. The shop in Europe received the shoes on 8/5/22. I contacted Farfetch on 9/16/22 about my refund. Farfetch said that there was damage to the orginal shoe box and they were trying to work out a deal with the "seller". Over the next month, I called and emailed constantly and had either no response, excuses, or promises to escalate the matter. The box had no damage when I received it or mailed it back. In double checking the return policy for shoes it does not state that there cannot be any damage to the shoe box. It only says the shoes must be in the original box and have a protective box around it. The shoes were in perfect condition. It is now 10/4/22 and I am without my $160.00 and the "seller" has the shoes. Basically, I feel like Farfetch has stolen my money. Please make sure you read all reviews and google this company. There are far more bad reviews than good. I will never do business here again.
