Customer care is indeed far-fetched!!!
I have bought a lot of expensive items via Farfetch and always had good experience. That was only until they had to take responsibility though.
In short I bought several identical t-shirts in different colors only a few months ago and one of them has an obvious manufacturing flaw which got a lot worse the first time I used and washed it. After a lot of (stupid and unnescessary) questions which I answered the initial response was I could get 10% off a new shirt. What a joke!!! Afterwards they closed the case due to them deciding it was wear and tear = no refund or new shirt.
So yes! The customer service and taking responsibility when not making money is indeed VERY FAR FETCHED! Shame on you.
My best advice is to do your shopping else where!
