Refused a refund for faulty pair of shoes.
Received a pair of shoes that fell apart after a few hours of wear. I sent it back to be looked at by the farfetch team who told me the fault was due to wear and tear. I don't think anyone who wears a pair of shoes for a few hours should expect them to fall apart, It's clearly poorly made and overpriced. Farfetch refused to give me a refund so I am pursuing a refund via my credit card company. Terrible service from farfetch. I will never shop with them again.
