Farfetch sent me the wrong package. Since I live in Georgia, I use a third-party shipping service, to which Farfetch delivered the package via FedEx, and they then forwarded it to my country.
Now, I’m asking Farfetch to either help me return the package from Georgia at their expense or refund my money. However, they refuse both options and insist that I must return the package at my own cost. The return shipping would cost me over $100, and by the time the package is returned, the 30-day limit will have expired.
This was their mistake, yet they are refusing to refund my money.
