I had a shocking experience with Farfetch and I seriously question their financial stability of the company. I brought 3 Tom Ford’s blouses, silk with a bow. 2 from Net A Porter and one from Farfetch. When it arrived I could see the colour was not white enough. Without trying it on, it I sent it back in one working day. I asked for a refund. I was then sent a photograph of a similar blouse with knife cut marks in the material. This is completely untrue. Why would I return something that I want refunded with knife marks in the silk? I was told that I returned damaged goods. I have now received five letters telling me they apologise there is nothing they can do and my case is closed. They have also withheld my items. Something is very wrong at Farfetch. I have now asked Amex to pursue payment and will never use this platform again.
