I am a silver status customer with farfetch because I used to shop a lot there. I want to bring an attention here that farfetch is not what it used to be. I ordered a pair of shoes on Sept 05 2025 which was promised to deliver Sept 11-15, 2025. However, I had not seen any progress from Sept 9 so I called farfetch a few time to see what's going on. They could not tell what was going on and responded to me on Sept 16 that there was a SLIGHT delay in processing from their partner which is Stadium goods. Then they confirmed that the item was out of stock and refunded me. They already charge me 500 dollar on Sept 11 2025 and now I have to wait for the refund which is up to 14 business days. Also, the worse thing is that the item with the same size was available on Stadium Goods website all the time but with higher price. This is a bad merchant to buy stuff from. Stay alert.
