Firstly I ordered a package on November 9th 16:30 (order number: 62299374) and payed next day delivery. Next day got a message that it is delayed and if it won’t get shipped it will be canceled by fashion nova automatically even if I won’t do it. I was hopeful and waited until 12th of November but didn’t got any updates!! Realized it’s a big chance by now it won’t get shipped and simply be canceled. So I reordered the items that I wanted that was still left in stock on Thursday at 1pm and payed for next day delivery. Order number 62500137. I was expecting for it to arrive on Friday since it was written if you order by 1PM you guarantee next day delivery!!! This time I didn’t got any email about any delays. But only Friday 19:30 got a tracking number which is not even activated until now (now is already Saturday 04:30) because because it haven’t arrived to FedEx.... and it shows that estimated delivery time is Monday. Me and my friends are flying on Sunday and I need my package before that.
The most frustrating part that all my friends that was ordering TO THE SAME ADDRESS and paying next day shipping got the packages in 19-24 hours from the moment they placed the order!! Why it’s me who didn’t manage to get it on time both times???
And plus I was not able to choose to change the address if it arrives after Sunday morning (especially since I payed for next day delivery!!!!!) or I won’t be able to return and get my money back... only store credit!!!!
That’s the worst experience I have ever gotten from any online shopping!!!
