The last two times I purchased with this company they did not apply the promised discount code, one was "BOGOFREE", I have screenshots of the before and after purchase where it shows that the purchase was discounted. I contacted "customer service" in which Jose was less than helpful. I am truly disappointed in the way this business is run. Not applying a promoted discount is fraudulent and a complete breach of a promise you make to your consumer.
