Besides this experience I would rate Fashionova 4.8.
Usually the shipping is on point for Fashionnova for me but not for this transaction. I ordered earlier in the pandemic and the tracking was still way accurate than this. TDLR: The tracking info is not working. My package is later than the estimated delivery date and still not delivered.
The following is my experience.
Nov. 23: ordered clothes. Spent about $83.00
Nov. 23: say the clothes shipped; estimated delivery Dec. 3
Nov. 28: email with estimated delivery for Nov 29
Nov.: 29: tracking number stops giving updates and the package's last location is Tennesse.
Dec. 2: messaged them about not getting any tracking info 7
Dec. 3: they give some generic message about how lots of packages are delayed because of Black Friday. I message them back and tell them I bought it a week before Black Friday.
Dec. 4: send them another email about how I ordered before Black Friday and that the tracking info is not updating
Dec. 5: another email about Black Friday shopping when I told them I did not order on Nov. 27th or later
Currently: No idea when my package will arive, if it will arrive. Idk whats up.
