I ordered on 12/3/2020 and recieved an email on 12/6/2020 that my order may not be processed (not shipped) for 7 business days because of black friday deals, so called customer service for clarification.
Basically I asked to give me an idea of when I would receive the items (95$ worth) and said I may want to cancel the person I spoke to said she would need to talk to my supervisor to even see if I can get a refund. we talked for another 20mins and my order was already canceled! when I asked about a refund she said I'd only get credit even though they cant meet the stated delivery requirements for my order!!!
Luckily I ordered though quad pay and my order hadn't even hit the warehouse because I got an email stating the full amount was returned to the otherwise I would of been stuck with store credit!!!
this company is SKETCHY!!! Use a 3rd party payment if possible and even then (even on quad pay) you will probably be stuck with store credit... even if it hasn't been picked or packed yet!!! I got lucky!!!
