Is there a 0 star?
My son, who is a minor was on their site toying around with an order. Somehow without placing the order and got a confirmation, the card is charged and a payment processed. I contacted CS and got a hold of one within 30 minuts minutes andnd I was basically told I have to pay and return the item once received since they can't cancel an order that's placed even though it was just less than 30 minutes ago at 10pm.
