PISSED OFF CUSTOMER
I placed a order on 11/26, it had been stuck in Woodridge, IL since 12/02. I have emailed Fashion Nova several times and was told to contact the carrier UDS, I contact the carrier and was told that they are still waiting on the package from Fashion Nova. I then see an update that tells me to contact OneliveX. I contact OneliveX and a rep asked for a tracking number and have not heard anything since. Me having to contact all these people to track my package down is insane. I just want my money back at this point.
