Wow, here I thought it was just happening to me. I placed an order at the end of November and there haven't been any updates. It's been stuck in Elizabeth, NJ . There are not returning emails and when by chance I got to talk to someone on their online chat, they tell me to wait an additional seven days when it's been way over the delivery date. They also use Covid as an excuse. I've ordered from other places and haven't had this issue. Their phone line is not working as well. Please fix this. I'm really stressed and disappointed as well.
