I’m having the same problem as everyone else so I follow the steps of UDS and one live to which both did not provide me with info. I emailed fashion novas team and without a response yet , I was emailed 10 minutes later an apology email saying fashion nova is largely behind on orders and trying to get packages by December 24th and they’ve sent me a promotional Gift card. This is ridiculous.. I’m supposed to have Christmas gifts for loved ones not sum gift card I’m too scared to even use now cause of shipping. I needed the package this week, they’ve had plenty of time since my order date on cyber Monday . I’m a loyal customer and never encountered an issue until now , SWEET right in time for the holidays ;), would absolutely love a refund . Try explaining to your loved ones you got them a gift that you don’t even have for them. Won’t be shopping there any time soon.
