I will never order from Fashion Nova again. I returned items November 16th and got a tracking number from the USPS and Fashion Nova has yet to pick up the return. I also order stuff on Black Friday and was told to contact OneliveX and can't get a hold of them I live 1 mile from UDS and went to there corporate offices and was told even if they were to get our packages we wouldn't see them until after the New Year. I sat and waited for the online chat on Fashion Nova and they told me to just wait its their policy. Everyone on here needs to report a consumer fraud report. Not the BBB only. I also love of you go on their website now it claims shipping before Christmas if you order now. It will not let me post the pictures I have from the conversation I had today which sucks.
