TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I ordered my $375 package on 11/29/20 it has been 18 days , still no package . got an alert from OLX stating that it would be delivered on the 10th it has been sitting in Knoxville ,Tennessee since December 9th and has not moved, and have not heard a word back from Fashion Nova or OLX regarding this, after numerous attempts . It’s amazing how a company can just take your money and pretend that they’re going to ship items out to you in time and not even contact you to tell you what’s going on with it, just ignore your EMAILS bc they can’t be bothered to have a operating customer service phone number. other companies contact you if you’re shipment is going to be an hour late, And I have to Jump through hoops to contact Fashion nova, some unheard of shipping carrier onelivex, lasership who is waiting to do the final delivery, file a complaint with the BBB and now this. I have Christmas gifts I now how to replace by buying something else and I’m out of $375 on top of it.
